I was voted 'Most Involved' in my class in high school and I bring that spirit to everywhere I work. At each job, I strive to contribute to the culture and community. Here are a few examples.

NYC Studio Apartment Mini Room @Facebook

Instagram offices are known for their iconic mini-rooms at their offices across the world. I was inspired to create one in our new Union Square office that captures how it feels to live in a tiny, $3000 a month, studio apartment in NYC. I worked from concept to finished project with a designer to create a piece that hundreds of visitors have snapped, posted and tagged a picture inside.

Make Brands Matter @ Ogilvy NY

Our new CCO, Chris Garbutt, asked us to create a campaign that would help change the culture at Ogilvy to one of makers. So we created inspirational posters along with a day in which the entire agency workshopped and set goals with inspiring local makers.

The Sharpener @ Leo Burnett Chicago

I wanted to create an atmosphere of more open collaboration and opportunity at work, so I pitched The Sharpener to the CCO, Susan Credle.

The Sharpener is a wall on the creative floor where creative directors can share briefs, scripts and challenges with the full creative team at the agency for new ideas and collaboration. It is also a great place as a creative to tackle new challenges and sharpen your creativity. Fortunately, only a few creatives have stabbed themselves on the letters. It is still being used at Leo Burnett today.
